Amission Criteria


Please read the instructions carefully before submitting The Application Form.
  • Incomplete application from is liable to be rejected. Overwriting or erasing the date of birth will not be acceptable.
  • This is application form must be accompanied by bank drawn for on National Bank of Pakistan Choa Saiden Shah Branch Code (Branch Code 0556)Rs: 2000/- (One Thousand Only) as Registration Fee (non-refundable) in the name of Principal, Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah, Chakwal only When this is received, a candidate will be registered and given a Roll No. for Admission into the Examination Hall.
  • The provisions of prospectus must be read carefully before applying for admission.
    • Application form, complete in all respects, must be accompanied by the following: -
      • Four latest passport size photographs of the candidate duly attested by the Headmaster / Principal.
      • Bank Draft drawn for National Bank of PakistanChoa Saiden Shah (Branch Code 0556) District Chakwal.
      • Undertaking as per Serial No.4 (below) signed by the candidate and countersigned by the Parent / Guardian.
      • Address Slip (given at last page) must be completed and sent with Admission Form.
    • Application Form must be sent under Registered A.D cover and addressed to the Principal, Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah, Chawkwal.
    • Photostat application from will not be entertained.
    • Incomplete Application from, the application form of those who are over-aged / under aged and Application Form unaccompanied by any of the documents listed above shall not be entertained and the Registration Fee will not be refunded.
  •                                                   UNDERTAKING
    I undertake to accept the result of the Written Entrance Examination and the Interview without any reservation. I shall not question these results in any manner and shall not indulge in any correspondence about them.
    I hereby declare that my son / ward has not suffering from any chronic disease such as Diabetes, Cardiac Trouble, Asthma, T.B and Hepatitis etc.

    Warning: if found otherwise, his admission in the College is liable to be cancelled at any time during his stay in the College.
